Your mission
Based in Geneva or Lausanne, your main mission will be to expand the customer base and manage the client relationships assigned to you (French-speaking Switzerland). You will be responsible for developing and retaining existing clients. You will anticipate the security challenges they face and offer them tailored solutions. You will also promote the Group’s solutions and services (Swiss Expert Group). You will work closely with the team of pre-sales engineers and follow up on projects.
Your role
- Anticipate the security challenges companies face
- Develop the customer base in the French-speaking Swiss market
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio
- Draft commercial proposals in close collaboration with cybersecurity specialist engineers
- Ensure proper execution and billing of ordered projects
- Proactively follow up on ongoing projects and provide regular reporting
- Negotiate preferential purchasing conditions based on projects
- Actively contribute to communication and promotional activities (seminars, newsletters, mailings, etc.)
- Promote the Group’s solutions (Swiss Expert Group SA) by leveraging the sales forces of affiliated companies
Your profile
- Successful experience in selling cybersecurity products and solutions
- Alternatively, an opportunity for an experienced engineer to transition into a sales role
- Proficiency in prospecting, sales techniques, and commercial negotiation
- Interest in and ability to keep up with fast-paced technological changes
- Ability to synthesize complex subjects into simple expressions of needs
- Ability to build client loyalty through discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Good knowledge of the local (French-speaking Swiss) market
- Proactive, autonomous, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in French and English
