What is meetings.ai ?
meetings.ai is an AI-powered note-taking assistant developed in-house by e-Xpert Solutions. Its purpose is simple and singular: automatically generate meeting notes.
The tool enables our team members to:
- Stay fully focused on the discussion rather than on taking notes
- Produce more comprehensive and structured notes than manual note-taking allows
This is the sole purpose of meetings.ai. No other use of the data is made.
How it works ?
The audio content of the discussion is temporarily captured by the tool, solely for the purpose of converting it to text.
The content is transmitted to our Swiss infrastructure to be transformed into structured meeting notes.
The audio content is automatically and permanently deleted.
The audio content serves only one intermediate technical purpose: enabling the generation of text-based notes. It is never archived, never shared, never used for any other purpose, and deleted as soon as that objective is fulfilled.

Storage
Meeting notes are stored exclusively on our own infrastructure, hosted in Switzerland. No data is exported to third-party or foreign cloud services.
AI processing
For note generation, we have selected Infomaniak as our AI partner. Infomaniak is a Swiss provider that operates open-weight language models hosted entirely within its own datacenters in Switzerland. No dependency on foreign models or providers.
Infomaniak enforces a strict no-retention policy: data transmitted is processed only for the duration of the note generation and is immediately discarded.
